Influence of Altruistic Strategy on Organizational Commitment in Five Star Hotels in Kenya

This study aimed at analysing altruistic strategy influence on organizational commitment in Five Star hotels Kenya. Labour Relations, Social Dialogue and Work-place Diversity were employed as variables to the strategy. The was based Resource-Based View, exchange social identity theories. adopted mixed research methods. target population of 216 a sample size 144 senior managers drawn from 24 whose selection hotel clustering simple random selection. Data collected through self-administered questionnaire subjected reliability validity tests before undertaking actual fieldwork, field data analysed using descriptive inferential statistics findings presented form tables figures. revealed that positively significantly influenced Commitment contributing 42.5% its variations. relations ((β=0.24, P<0.05), dialogue (β=0.14, P<0.05) work-place diversity (β=0.24, have positive significant Commitment. recommends implementation Strategy an internal CSR strategic component for attracting, motivating retaining workers organization. Similar studies may be undertaken ascertain moderating effect firm’s age.
